I have stayed here the past to weekend and I am very satisfied. Room look nice, very clean, fresh sheets and towels. A lot of channel's on TV. I-35 and I-10 and less then 60 seconds away, you can get anywhere in the city in minutes. I recommend staying here
I loved that Sophia was able to help me out yesterday. Loved everything about the motel. I only stayed for one night and it was an awesome experience. I will be booking with you all next time. The gentleman at the front desk was really helpful too. I appreciate you all . I just had a hard time working the TV but I called the front desk and they were able to help me, sent someone right over .
Went out and came back to the room (103)....Key wasn't working and could not get office to window or on the phone.
River Inn is great, an old but updated little motel. Great location. Nothing fancy. Super simple. Very clean. Very friendly. Absolutely love it!
Great little motel. Cheap cash deposit. It is in a rough part of town but the property is fenced and well lit. Perfect for a night or few nights of sleep.

This is great place to stay. We stayed one night on the way to Corpus Christi. The room was clean and quiet. The lady at the front was very nice when we checked in and out. I would stay here again.
I stayed here for a night when I was in town for Fiesta. This place was clean and simple. The ladies I spoke with while checking in and out were polite and friendly. The place is located less than a mile from market square which is where the big event was. The room was clean and like others have said, quiet. I would definitely stay here again. It was perfect for I needed. I also love the mirrors along all the walls around the bed. Nice touch!

It was relatively cheap and clean compared to some other hotels that are dirty and over priced; this one was affordable and very nice staff as well as close by the downtown area. There is a Deposit Fee for your information & Check Out is at 11AM Sharp!
